In order to enroll at FRHS, you will need to provide the following:

- Verification of current residence in the FRHS attendance area (to determine if you are in the Fossil Ridge High School attendance area, please utilize Poudre School District's School Locator program: School Locator)
- If you are not the legal guardian of the student, the following two forms need to be completed, notarized, and turned into the Registrar:
- Certification of Minor Child's Residence
- Power of Attorney. Contact the Registrar to see if these forms are needed.
- Certification of Minor Child's Residence
- Current Immunization record (required by Colorado state law)
- Birth certificate or passport
- Transcript of high school grades (grade 9 through present) from previous school and 8th grade grades/transcript.
- Checkout grades from your previous school if this is a mid-school year transfer.
- Emergency contact information
- Complete the Online Registration
