Step 1: Prepare for your Senior Meeting
a) Complete the Pre-Senior Meeting Form (linked right) b) Make a Senior Meeting Appointment with your assigned Counselor (link on main page of Counseling website) c) *College Bound? Create a Common App account if you plan to apply to multiple college/universities d) Seeking other post-secondary opportunities? Check out Career webpage (click above) |
Step 2: *Prepare for Senior Year and College Applications (if applicable to your plan):
a) Review the FRHS Senior Year Roadmap & College Board College Timeline Timeline (linked below)
b) Fill out and submit to the College and Career Center the "Official PSD Transcript Request form" as required by PSD policy (linked below)
c) Fill out the "Request for Letters of Recommendations" and share with teachers if/when needed (linked below)
